What's your Nick?

Alright, I've gotten quite a few people ask me why are you calling yourself Green_Armani. The answer is that I'm a Marine and being far from a corporate environment my old commanding officer would give us a pep talk at our weekly formations. He would talk about this and that, and he would always say "It's not easy to come to work and put on this green armani suit" The thing is, he wasn't talking about an expensive 3 peice suite, but rather our camaouflage uniform. So, having said all that I was really thinking hard for a good nick and it just hit me to use that. Anyone else wanna say how they came up with their nick? Come one what else do you have going on

IPlural = I'm Plural or I Plural

Dissociative Identity Disorder / Multiple Personality Disorder

I've also made use of Multiplicity11 in the past...

long story but the short of it is, it is easier to to keep with one nick than 11 different nicks

My original choice for a nick was mscrissy which is what my friends used to call me as a teenager, but that knick (iwas told) was taken, so I went with crissy14

Peff, no, Sybil was nothing more than a propergation of hyperbol actually, as far as her being MPD goes

But I did figure that allowing each to use their own nick " RAGE, Slice, Hurts, cry, shy, darkheart, etc" would have been a bit too much

maybe even cause some to be a bit put off with them/me just from a nick :/

anyway

Naaaaa, Sybil there is a Faith inside and she despised the movie and the book even more so

kthxbye.

Pretty obvious. ^_^

Nope - there's no interesting story or anything, or even an uninteresting story, to go behind it. Sorry.

Hmmmm, when I was around 13 me and my brother used to chill on different blocks.

Julez comes from my last name and my first name is Albert. They started calling me Jules and my brother's friends called him Jules.

When we started chillin on the same block it was confusing calling us both Jules. So, Al Jules came about and somebody said spell mine with a Z.

Acutally, my last name was originally spelled Giu and not Jul like Giuliani.

When my Great Grandfather came over they changed it as they did most Italians. So, it should be spelled Giuliano.

hmm, the story behind mine..

My friend and I started a group way back yonder. I think like 6-7 years ago. I created a name off the top of my head to use. Which nobody else has anywhere else by what I saw. So I decided to stay with it. Now to break it down. And don't make fun of it or I'll flog you. *Evilgrin*

W=Weapon
E=Expert
A=Ass
K=Kicking
S=Shadow
I=In
D=Darkness

There is my story and I"m sticking to it.

Here is a story you might get a laugh out of.

A couple of buddies and myself were in Pusan Korea(a night out in the town). We hailed a cab, A small little Hyndai screeched to a halt and we all climbed in the back seat. I asked the driver how much Won(Korean currency) would it cost to go to Texas st., The driver turned and pointed to my friend on the right and said "You Two thousand!" Looked at my other buddy on the left, "You Two thousand!" Then looked at me and held his hands apart (as if he was judging the size of a fish he caught) and said "You Three thousand! You Jumbo!...My friends roolled.

For the next two years as word got around I was known as JB

My nickname in real life is Manny since my middle name is Manuel, but my wifes Korean and her grandma has a really heavy accent and that thing with asians and L's and R's drives me nuts sometimes. She calls me Manroll and I've tried on several occasions to help her try to pronounce my name correctly but I think her tongue and brain are on two different paths.

"jar" = my initials + "get" for gadget (because I love gadgets)
Thus I am jarget (pronounced just the way it's spelled)

Are you talking about electronic gadgets?

A long time ago, I had a small company that made aluminium flightcases, I named it BoXXi Flight Cases because it was short and snappy and looked good on the letterheads. In fact, those letterheads were the first logo I ever designed!

Hey Jarget...I'm a gadget freak too... Just bought myself the Logitech IO Digital pen...very cool indeed...

Also recently bought a bluetooth wireless cell phone headset...so now I look like a cross between madonna, seven-of-nine and Danny Devito

Elfkura

Elf is the main part of it.

Kura is a word I derived from Kurama, an anime character.

put it together, I have Elfkura, which by itself is my name, and my name alone
