I grew up with Christopher Lee as an actor, especially during his Hammer Films period when he played Dracula, The Mummy and other horror roles,  For mine, he was the best Dracula of all time because he made the role his and his alone.  Yes, others have done it, but Mr. Lee was streets ahead of all of them.

Anyway, he had a good innings and has left us a legacy on film that will live on.  RIP Christopher Lee.

Also, he loved heavy metal and performed with several heavy metal bands..

So yes,  Sir Christopher Lee was more than just an actor
