Submitting a ticket used to work a few months ago but now no. I have tried Cyberfox, Waterfox and IE.

One reason could be that you are trying to upload a big file (dmp).    Why the message is what it is I don't know, but it happened to me and that seemed to be the issue.

But you can either email the dmp file or you can put it in a host service like dropbox and send a link with the ticket.

I am trying to upload the 13 meg zip file created by the support tool.  Is that too big?

It may be....I just found out myself that I had to link my save file because it was about 20 meg.    But the link idea worked.

Edit:  I should add that I haven't had any problem with sav files before, but perhaps their server is getting a bit busy since b5 launch.   Dunno.

We are looking into it.  Thanks for the heads up and sorry for the trouble...

Edit:  This has been fixed.  Max file size is now 96m.

Yeah, thanks!  I had a crash report I was trying to get through and it worked.  I'm back to feeling like I am contributing to the bug hunt!
