Object Desktop Infinite renewal but syas inactive and to renew?

I was charged on 12-18-2014 for Object Desktop Infinite renewal. However, in my downloads page, it says inactive and to renew. Nothing shows up on my Object Desktop application as well. Any idea as to what exactly is going on here?

The SD staff are on holiday, as luck would have it.  I would go ahead and send an email to sales@stardock.com including your registration info & a description of the problem - may not receive a reply until after January 1, though.  They'll make it right as soon as they can.

I see that on the forums here, but thought that applied to the forums. Can't run a store with no one to make sure customers are paying for and getting their merchandise, just my thoughts. I would expect delayed responses or none during the holidays for forums. I would not expect the same for support for non-fulfilled orders, store problems.

 

Oh well, I guess not everyone only gets a day off for Christmas, I will just envy them :)

Forums and tickets had delayed responses because we were off for most of the holiday break. We did work a few days though.
