[bug] game crashes to desktop sometimes when loading saved games and I can see enemy rally points

I've had the game crash to desktop several times when I try to load a saved game.

Also, I can see enemy rally points.

Load from the main menu? Or a load during the game?

I only have the latter. And never when the game was in it's early stages (less than 20 turns).
