Hi, is there a way I can de-authorise my licence from my computer. I've had to re-build my PC, but when I tried to re-install my copy of Start8 (Which is awesome by the way) it says "Unable to activate Start8. The license is currently associated with a different computer."?

I'm having the same issue with Fences. I uninstalled Fences from my old laptop but am not able to install Fences on my new laptop, says my product key is invalid.
btw: I also agree that Start8 is awesome -- and so is Fences.
jalexander4, I have created a ticket for you which will arrive via your email. You can respond to it with whether or not the presented solution works.
Can we know the solution too? We all have this issue lately. Our account does not show the computers that our products are associated with, so that we can remove the association after format. Do we all have to submit a ticket?

Unfortunately, until we can get a user accessible page up that shows what is activated on which machine, you would need to write in.
