Not able to re install windows blinds

Hi

I am using Windows 8.1

I downloaded windows blinds for my pc yesterday. and installed it . It was working fine and I liked it very much.

So I followed your link to get more themes for it and I downloaded all top themes.

When I was changing theme my pc got hanged so I restarted it .

But after restart it was not working. 

So I uninstalled it . After that whenever I am trying to re install it I am getting following error

and on clicking on retry the setup gets exit.

I tried everything that I could like running setup as admin and compatibility troubleshoot but still I am getting same error.  I restarted pc several times and tried revo uninstaller and installer also but it is not fixing this.

Please help me to install this software again . I liked it very much and I was thinking to buy it .
