Nothing showing in Object desktop
All my subs are active and I can install all the applications individually, but object desktop application shows nothing.
I'm running Windows 8.1 64bit.

Signed into ObjectDesktopManager with the same credentials as your Stardock account?
If i recall correctly I believe if you install individually the object desktop manager wont see them. They have to be installed thru he manager for them to be seen by it.. I could be wrong but I think that's what I read somewhere..
Your account looks to be OK. Nothing is showing as available to install under the 'Manage' tab? Does anything show up under the 'Installed' tab?
Clearly not the only person with this problem. It is happening to me, also the posters at: https://forums.stardock.com/452523/page/1/ and https://forums.stardock.com/453780/page/1/#3461816
I tried uninstalling everything from Stardock, rebooting and re-installing ODM. When I did, the programs all appeared in the dialogue, so I selected those that applied to Win 8 and installed. ODM duly downloaded them and seemed to do the installs, but when it had finished neither the Manage nor Installed tabs had anything in them. Also, nothing actually had been installed.
Been wondering why SDC & ODM have 'blind spots'. HG_E may be on to the reason.
Following up. I uninstalled everything again using Revo on its most aggressive mode, rebooted, ran CCleaner to clean the registry, went into the registry manually to clear out every reference to Stardock and ObjectDock, rebooted again, this time ODM installed everything fine and it all appears in the Manage and Installed tabs.
Glad you're good to go, Keith, but SD needs to work on ODM so that it can be used effectively to manage previously installed apps without having to go through that drill. They have smart guys & gals who should be able to figure it out.
Spoke too soon. Just opened ODM for the first time since I posted the above and ... nothing there, which is nonsense. Nothing on Manage or Installed tabs. So, basically, ODM is about as much use to me at the moment as a pile of poo in a swimming pool
I disagree. You can actually do something with that.

I just got notification that my OD sub is about to expire soon. Why on earth would I want to renew it when it has never worked? I submitted a ticket and was told the this was a rare problem. Basically told that nothing would be done nor has it. A follow up by me in September and nothing changed. No fix, no updates.
edk01 - I could not find a ticket for you in our system under your email address. There was a small bug where you had to log out and back into OD. I've gone ahead and refreshed your account which should be working as intended now. Sorry for the trouble.
I have exactly the same issue. For quite a while it worked perfectly then one day all apps disappeared from ODM.
Vindex - Did you try logging out and back in again?
Yes - that was one of few things I tried. No apps and nothing regarding subscriptions
Vindex - It doesn't appear you have an active subscription at this time.
Yes - I don't have an active one. But unless something has changed I was supposed to be able to run versions that were available when my subscription was active. Isn't that true anymore?
You should see installed apps yes, but not anything else. You won't see installers for when your sub was active as we don't distribute previous versions.
Well - that's the problem as not only I can't see anything in ODM but also none of applications run (or changing their settings has any effect)
Had you archived the installers while your subscription was active, you could re-install any of the OD apps from the archives. Once a subscription expires, the files are no longer downloadable and you're no longer eligible for updates. Renew your subscription, all will be revealed.
The correct term is "code brown" when there's a floater in the pool
Vindex - It sounds like there is something else going on with your PC if you're not able to change any app settings. I've created a ticket for you and you should receive it shortly.
Thanks. I actually got apps to work (at least some of them) but ODM is still empty. Removing Start8 and few other Stardock apps helped to get back Windowblinds8 and Fences back - no luck with ODM though
The "Installed" list is missing showing what's installed, or the list of available programs to install is blank?
