No Confirmation email received after Purchase!!!

HELP!

I successfully managed to add my billing information to purchase Deskscape 8 & have also received an sms from my bank saying the purchase of $9.99 has been successfully made yet I have received NO email confirmation from stardock nor have I received any serial key for my purchased product!!

I believe your purchase is being held up for a fraud check. This would be to protect you. Although your bank shows a payment successfully made the funds are held until the fraud check can be made.

This will require a Stardock employee to check and complete the transaction. Unfortunately, Stardock office is closed until Monday morning.

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

I would suggest you email support@stardock.com and initiate a trouble ticket. Post the auto-generated ticket number here.

On Monday morning I will endeavour to make support aware of this.

First of all I am extremely grateful u replied thanks a lot :)

secondly the ticket number is as follows :    Ticket ID: FQX-898-35263
