Object Desktop sub lapse - no more updates?

My Object Desktop Subscription runs out in 2 months. 

 

From what I gather in the FAQ, whatever stardock app I have currently installed, will continue to run and be "activated" (stay full featured, no expiry), but without the sub I will not be able to receive any future updates to these apps.

 

Is that correct?

 

What happens if I uninstall an app and re-install after the subscription has lapsed (ie a fresh OS install) - will the apps still be fully licensed and activated?

The apps will still be licensed and activate. You just lose access to updates and access to the installers. So you will want to archive them.
