Designed troops

Having some weird things happen with items.  I designed some new torchbearers and when they came out they weren't equipped with upgraded items.  I went into their inventory and they all had the upgraded items unequipped.  So they had the original stuff on and the upgraded stuff in their inventory. 

I am also having items won in battle not show up in inventory for a few turns.  Not all the time, just some of the time.

I also had an item picked up be given to the wrong army...lol

This started after I installed the new dlc, but, I also updated to the newest version of the Children of Storm mod. 

Anyone else seeing this?

No?  nearest I think I've seen is if you have an army with no heroes win a battle with items as part of the spoils, these items go to the nearest hero or maybe sovereign?

If a battle loot item can't be picked up (and this may include defensive battles like defending a town, not sure) the items always get teleported to the sov.

Thanks for the responses.  With the item going to my sov it didn't happen like that.  I finished a battle at a monster lair.  Saw the items I was supposed to get.  My sov had not moved and was sitting in the country side. Not sure their was any reason the they couldn't receive the item.  I started a new game, but, the wanderer arounder is destroying my cities and I got GTA5 coming tomorrow so it will be a while before I see if this continues to happen.
