using alt-tabby

Hi. I am using Alt Tabby trial right now, but I find that the widnow with the icons on it for Alt Tabby vanish too quickly, or just keep flshing through each program open. Is there any way to slow this all down so the Alt Tabby choice window stays open longer and doesn't flick from one to the other if I keep my finger on the keys?
