It's advertised as having +10 attack vs undead.
Failed with both Crushing Blow and normal attack.
Banshees are immune to physical damage. Afaik the Blessed Hammer only does physical damage so the banshee will be immune to it.
If you want to damage a banshee with a melee weapon, you need to use a weapon that has magic/elemental damage such as a lightning hammer or ice spear.
Wildez is correct. Blessed Hammer does gain the +10 attack versus a Banshee, but since it only deals physical damage (against which the Banshee is immune), it's rather moot.
Yeah, if I had it to do again I would create a new damage type for "Holy" and have only undead be effected by it (everythign else would be immune). But as is, the hammer is WAD.
