do the +xp to army champion traits stack?

I know at least one of the recruitable champs(or maybe it was an NPC champ) comes with the general trait, so say does that stack with the sovs general trait (if present?)

or would multiple champs/henchman with the commander trait bonus to army XP stack with eachother?

I know multiple Trainer bonuses stack from different Commanders, so I see no reason why two General traits would not stack.  But it could be a special case, who knows.

thanks.

So basically -if I am right and henchmen have access to all the same trees as regular champions, admittedly I've never played them- the Altar have access to some pretty interesting champion stacks.

Properly trained and equipped, Henchmen are the best units in the game.

so are they identical to champions, and can also equip gear you find? Or are they stuck with the gear they are trained with?

They are practically identical to champions in every way, and can equip gear, use spellbooks, scrolls, etc. with the added benefit of not dealing with the XP split.

Definitely my favorite race, though I play with a custom version. (quick, lucky, enchanters, scouts, extra unrest) The only drawback I can think of with Henchmen is that they can't learn the full Life or Death schools, but that's no biggie with the right paths.

It is possible to create regular champions that don't divide experience (outside the game of course).  In functional game terms, the only difference between regular units/henchmen and non-trainable champions is that the latter are received from fame boundaries and regular units (including Henchmen) are created from cities.  Henchmen and regular champions both have the <IsChampion>1</IsChampion> tag, it's just that henchmen don't have a spawnrating etc. that allows them to appear at fame boundaries.

Create a sovereign, save them, go into the documents/gamefolder/units and open the file. There you can edit the one and change <IsSovereign> to 0 and <IsChampion> to 1 and to avoid xp-dividing, change <DividesBattleXP> to 0.
