My dad is 54 and for years his doctors have been telling him to kick his nasty habits, regretably Dad has ignored the warnings. I love my dad but i get sore at him because when it comes to his health, he is as hardheaded as they come!

Well he feels better now, he sounds like his normal self on the phone at least

elvee- You know whats scary? I'am 55. The only bad habit I have left is smoking. Like it and cannot quit.

Sorry Wise. Don't think like that. I smoked and drank for ten years then one day went cold turkey on the cigs and slacked off on the booze, now i don't even think about it.

Smoked from the time I was 12, (yes 12!) until I was 40. Like you elvee, I quit cold turkey 2 years ago. Never think about it either.

My bad habit is food. Food with tons of cholesteral. And lots of it.

Love food. Crab, Lobster, shrimp and mexican food.

That's gonna take it's toll eventually Wise. I know it too. But hey, it's so good.

Wow.. i jus eat everything thats in my sight.. (well every foods not everything ) and plz everyone stop smoking. I've actually met a woman that smoked and had a hole in her neck and i felt sorry and it was disgusting too. Especially WiseOldMan i belive you are very old (nononono! no presure!!!! cuz im too young ) I'd hate it if anyone kept on smoking in here. Plz STOP SMOKING!!! i don't want WOM or anyone dying from smoking and being injured
