I had about a month of issues with Sins when i first got it. Finally a patch came out and it worked ok up until last nite. Now it will not boot, just flashes black screen asnd returns to desktop. any ideas?

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer.
Hold the Ctrl key down when you click the "Generate Logs" button.
Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to support@stardock.com so we can look into the crash for you.
