it would appear that the wba files are being changed to zip files when downloaded. is there some purpose to this?

The blinds I checked for download on WinCustomize:Cypher, Winterfell, Future sound, & 03-0057900 wb are all "Wanting" to be Zip files instead of wba...

This will be trouble for regular users :\

Hankers told me he used FireFox and it will be downloaded correctly as Wba so I tried to download from MaxthonBrowser and guess what !? It works from there too !!

Conclusion; It´s an InternetExplorer issue...Hrmph <_<
