[0.95] CTD after loading save game

After loading the save file and ending the turn the game crashes to desktop.  I was able to repeat this 3 times straight.  It should be noted that this is the first crash I have encountered in 0.95 and I am at turn 290.  Best stability in Beta so far for me.
