We're getting new uploads so I don't know what could be happening. If it's timing out, are you uploading a huge fuile on a dialup maybe? have you tried at a low traffic time (like right now)?

What's happening with deleting skins? (and why would you want to do that?)

I don't know about uploading a new file. I get an 'HTTP 500 - Internal Server error' when trying to update or delete. I'm cleaning up/updating my submissions (especially Desktop X objects using outdated/critical plugins).

The upload is less then 400k. Tried doing it at about 1am EST last night with the same result.

Ok. I just fixed one bug. However, I feel that there is another bug that still lurks when updating skins. I haven't been able to reliably reproduce it. So if anyone is still getting errors please let me know.

In the end of uploading I get this error:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.
