[Request] Separate Settings Folder for Dev.exe

Dear Devs,

I noticed that the Dev.exe and the normal game now utilize separate folders for loading mods....I also noticed that the settings files for both aren't even the same anymore as the dev.exe has extra hotkeys (ie you can no longer just change the version number, you now have to have 2 copies of the files)...clearly the dev.exe has no problem loading from different locations than the base game, so I was wondering if maybe the dev.exe could also load its settings from a different folder location as well...

Ooo, good call....I also need to make a thread requesting there to be a setting that determines how many extra resources you buy/give per button click (100 or 250 isn't very much)...
