Paragon spell was changed to take hit-points (only) from the sovie instead of costing 3 stats, but the description still says "If any of these stats is 3 or lower this spell cannot be cast".

"diplomatic capital" seems to have been renamed "influence", but only half-way.  One example:  the "refined diplomacy" tech still says it raises "diplomatic capital"

Also some improvements mention 'increasing influence', but it's not always clear what this means. One gave me one influence a turn, the other increased the city's zone of control. Also the bell tower claims it does this in the upgrade menu, but doesnt (although it's description when built is correct afaik).
