Titan disapearing?

I did a group jump with about 4 capital ships and some  repair ships. When I made it too the next gravity well my titan was Gone. It was however, still thumb nailed on the upper left of my screen but was no where to be found. When I clicked on titan via the unit card I tried to roll the mouse wheel  to see if I could zoom in on it and it just showed the background of  "space"; When I clicked to use a ability the titan was also unresponsive and would not let me click a destination or move order.
