Cannot create personalized wincustomize.com webpage

Hello,

I just upgraded my wincustomize account this morning (level 4) so I could take advantage of the new personalized website feature. However, everytime I try to create it, I get an error message that says, "There was as error while trying to create the DNS entry for your site. Your site was not created." Is there anything that I am doing wrong? Or is there a problem with my account? Or is wincustomize.com currently not allowing new custom (personalized) webpages? Thanks in advance.

Could be nothing more than a hiccup in the server. Try again and if you still aren't successful, email support@stardock.com  ........

Koasati - Thanks for the advice. I still can't create my personallized webpage, so I guess I'll email Stardock to see if there is a problem with my account.

Actually, how do you create a personalized website? I've been looking around trying to find out how, but I can't. It's probably related to my inate dumbness - but I'd appreciate being steered in the right direction!

OK - I got there! Unfortunately, I got this message: Server Error in '/' Application. Cast from string "" to type 'Date' is not valid. Any ideas anyone? Thanks!
