Difficult Groups Rework - Add more Harder Levels and remove Easier Levels

I don't think we need more than 1 "Easy" Difficulty. Switch categories to something like that:

 

1. Easy

2. Normal

3. Hard

4. Ridiculous

5. Insane

6. Godlike

 

And yes add a lot of AI cheat to the highest levels. For example: AI should get a lot more heroes, half buildtime, research bonus.

Godlike should be goldlike! I don't want to win with a "1 Killer Stack" Strategy!!

Half buildtime ? Are you serious ? :-) Ridiculous AI produce things instantly. It is not even close to 50% at highest level :-) .


If current 1000% boost to economy is not enough then even if you change it to 999999999% it wont make any difference. You would need better AI.

The AI on Ridiculous built the Great Mill by the time I was done exploring my little corner of the map - it doesn't need any more bonuses :P

I would go as far to say the current AI on Ridiculous is so hard to beat that it well might completely impossible (without exploiting the "AI players won't attack a city the turn after your reloaded save is" bug, but even that only helps so much).

More Elitist Drivel that goes on the opinion that only Hardcore types should be playing FE. You do realize alienating people will silly decisions like only scaling a game up wont make it a success right? A good game is accessible to everyone from novice to master not Only Masters, get a clue people.

Don't get your points. Difficult level are exatcly for the experienced players.

 

Whats the problem for the not-so-skilled players by having more?

Nothing wrong with having more, but cutting out lower difficulty levels and adding in a ton of unnecessary higher ones is a problem. A Nightmare mode beyond Hard is fine as is beginner mode below easy.
