Impulse doesn't work for me

Since i have a quite old computer the newer versions of impulse doesn´t work for me.. (since i can´t install the later versions of Net Framework). Therefor, i can´t download my games (need to reinstall them)

 

What should i do?

What OS are you running? Even XP supports the latest versions of DotNet.

Unless you're trying to run this in Windows 98 or Win ME or something silly there's no reason dot net should be an issue
