I saw it a while ago also...

It seems WinC and hopefully Devart are the Only safe havens for us..

I certainly hope they manage to get a trustworthy buyer soon. I really hope this is not going to be the end

Woah, there is Skinbase too TasT

There's also customize.org. Sorry to see LotsOfSkins go.

Chaz has quite a future ahead of him. I don't think most people appreciate some of the things about LotsOfSkins -- Chaz coded it extremely well. It was really fast and efficient.

I'm really bummed.

sorry Chaz, hope you can find a solution

Oh, that is a really bad news. I'm bummed.
But I understand. Best of luck in your next projects, Chaz.

yes this is sad news. There seems to be an unfortunate 6 to 8 month cycle. Every 6 to 8 months another skins community site is forced to shut the doors. The one positive side to this is that it is showing that the skin community it growing by leaps and bounds, just unfortunatly it is leave casualties in the way side.

Looks like a classy exit though...
One thing LOS seemed to always manage was to stay above the fray and conduct itself in a top notch manner. That's how it looked to me from the outside anyway.
Best of luck Chaz.

These are drastic times of loss...

I hope for the best. For Chaz and his future success and for LOS, that it be reborn in caring and skilled hands.

A lot of people were at home there which speaks very well for Chaz's ability to run a friendly and dynamic site. Thanks Chaz... It's been another great chapter in the skin site saga.

Aw crap.

Never got into the LOS scene much, with all the sporadic downtime it suffered. Tis a shame really, seeing another site perish. Condolences to all involved and affected.

What a crying shame.
LOS was a thriving and pleasant community and will be missed by all who sailed in her.
