Something strange, Need help :)

This is happening for some absurd reason. I've checked the margins and such but nothing is helping :). Can anyone help ?

The rest of the taskbar is fine it's just the tray area.

 

I've set centre (true size) for margins.

for the expander/tray. This is how it's displaying (see picture at top)

 

Taskbar height dimension = 32

 

Tray Expander height dimension = 30

Tray height dimension = 30 also

 

 Edit: I found out it's because of the tray image, but for some reason it won't accept my transparency. It keeps converting to bitmap  :\

Ok it appears to be fixed, for data purposes. I fixed it by saving a blank targa image with alpha channel :) 32-bits.
