As far as I know, ObjectBar does not skin window titlebars either - you still need WindowBlinds or Chroma for that. It's also very easy to make a menu in NextSTART point to the folder that holds all your quick launch shortcuts, but I agree that using WorkShelf for that makes a lot more sense.
In the next release, both NextSTART and WorkShelf will include access to the contents of the Quicklaunch toolbar when you first install them.
No other menu system existing today offers all the functionality provided by NextSTART (as many will also second

) - you have hotspots, full drag and drop support PLUS *real* skinned context menus, among many other powerful features. The latter is, so far, unique to NextSTART and enables you to use NextSTART menus *just like* the real Start Menu, with the added benefits that total 'look & feel' customization implies.
