Submitting comments problem

"There was an error submitting your comments to Wincustomize"

I've had this problem in the past, then it resolved and now I have it again. But, if I couldn't get it through SD Central, then I'd go to the WC browser. That's not working anymore, either. I'm not even getting the link anymore to clear my cookies and I dunno where to find it, if that is my problem. And, if that's the problem, and I'm certainly not the first person with this problem, is SD or WC working to resolve this? Is it, like, a bug or somethin'?

It could very well be due to the new servers being brought online........... there has been several odd things popping up the last few days. Right now, if I try to go to certain pages via my browser, I am logged off the site......... I'm sure it will be OK soon.
