i must be missing somethin just got the game and when i click multiplayer then log in with my impulse info and it says an error occurred while processing your request thats all i get is multiplayer out for now or is somethin wrong on my end..
When you fire the game up and see the dragon sreen hit esc or shift-tab and log into that area too. It has seemed to help others with similar problem.

If you're unable to log in in-game, please contact support@stardock.com so they can investigate, as it appears to be working correctly here.
I had this same problem on 1.11 but updating to 1.19a seems to have fixed it.
I had the same problem. I downloaded the registration fix file from the support link on the stardock website. That fixed it for me.
