Windows XP Professional SP3
Installed Stardock programs: WindowBlinds 7.2 (build 95 x86), CursorFX 2.05 (free version)

First I downloaded LogonStudioXP_public.exe from the download.com link. I closed all running programs and installed it. I ran it and chose only the third logon screen that came with the package. When I clicked "save and apply" I was taken to my old XP logon screen, so I logged back in. I clicked OK and closed the program. I logged off and when I logged back on, there was my old logon screen. I restarted my PC and there was my old logon screen.
I uninstalled the program and went back to the Logon Studio web page. I downloaded the program from storage.stardock.com. I noticed that the second download was identical in size to the first download. I ran WinDiff on the two downloads and WinDiff said the files were identical.
Besides the fact that you get more useful documentation when you buy a pencil, i.e. none in the pencil's case, I've changed my mind about moving up to Object Desktop from Windowblinds because Logon Studio was DOA.
Attention all morons: don't tell me it works on your PC. You obviously have no idea how useless that is for solving problems.
