Can't find link to ddownload ObjectDock 2.0

It looks like there are no registrations on your account here. If you have another account you will need to sign into Impulse with the one that was used to make the purchase. If you still cannot get it, please send us an email at support@stardock.com and include any email address you may have used with us.

I'm having the same problem. I received the email, had to download and install Impulse. I made sure to check the "show pre-release versions" and restarted Impulse. I had ObjectDock Plus 1.9 installed, and tried (unsuccessfully) to uninstall it before Impulse, but that didn't work. Anyway, Impulse detected ODP 1.9, when I clicked on Update, it only downloaded 1.9 again.

Edit:  Nevermind....I used Impulse to uninstall v1.9, then went into Registration and entered my new serial # for v2...had to scroll down the list a bit to find v2 and installed it from there, then clicked "Run" in the bottom right corner. Works fine now, even managed to keep my previous dock skin and icons intact. :o)

Check that your <Hide non-installed applications> isn't active. And OD2(beta) doesn't update OD+, they are separate installs.

That appears to be his issue...now resolved.

Figured out the problem..had to fully uninstall 1.9. Then 2.0 showed up in my account.

Is there any way I can still get in on the OD2 beta??  I was without internet a while back and may have missed the email regarding its purchase.  I have OD1 Plus and would like to try 2.0, but can't see anything in Impulse regarding its purchase.

starkers, I went here and clicked on the Upgrade to 2.0 for returning customers link at the bottom under the Version 2.0 tab, and now I hope I'm just waiting for my card to be charged so I can get access.

Looks like I have to wait 2 days for the charge to clear so I can get access.

So yeah, I like what I'm seeing so far.  I haven't had a chance to investigate thoroughly as yet, but everything is looking good and I'm pleased with my purchase.  There is a thing with the start menu being cut off (Win 7 Home Premium x64), but it's in beta and I'm sure that'll get fixed asap.

Other than that... you bloody little bee-uty.

What a bummer!!!  Mine is a debit card so I don't think there is an approval/waiting time... it was instant and I got a confirmation email within moments.

Oh well, let's hope the next couple of days don't seem like an eternity for you.

Mine is debit/credit too, but they're still holding the damn charge until April 1st. >_<

Hmmm???? I did my purchase today (about 1130ish Wed 31 March here in Oz) and had the confirmation and links email within minutes.  Moments later I was up and running... installing through impulse was a breeze.

I got the email too, but my bank account says

The above table contains the following types of transactions:

• ATM, CheckCard or Credit Card pre-authorizations, which will hold funds until the expiration date indicated

So I think access is being held hostage until they clear the charge. >_< I don't really have to uninstall 1.9 for 2.0 to show up? That's really lame, especially because what if it still doesn't show up...should just be an upgrade.

Had to reread the above a couple of times, but finally it clicked  I used Impulse, uninstalled 1.9., re-booted, started Impulse, found Object Dock Plus 2 with the March 30th date way down the list, installed, then started Object Dock up again and it found my old stuff - VOILA - thank you.

I had to check my registrations through the My Account settings here on WC, manually added the registration to Impulse, and then installed 2.0 without having to uninstall 1.9.

Glad to see you got 2.0 installed ok.

I'm finding OD2.0 to be smooth and easy to use, but I'm rather hoping a couple of features from OD1.9 will return: the ability to create flyouts, and for the option to hide OD when a window is maximised.  At present we have on screen OR off (autohide), and it'd save having to mess with the settings every time you have a maximised window and want OD to go off-screen.... and again when you want to bring it back to 'on-screen'.
