For DG's that were supposedly set for 1.1, 1.3 would be a really long discrepancy from what we were built up in anticipation for initially 
Tho I definitely agree with happily waiting for the to come out polished and balanced. Then again, surely balance would also be increased with extensive community feedback? Perhaps I'm overestimating this communities ability to write feedback constructively instead of tearing SD/GPG a new one if they arent 100% satisfied, so yeah... take your time guys.
