Impulse woun't start

I've purchased demigod and i can't play it because impulse crashes at start

Hello, stardok/impulse, i am very big fan of rts/rpg games and i couldn't wait to get my hands of demigod so i've purchased it through internet card transaction stardok/impulse and paypal, after the billing was complete the web browser told me i have to install the impulse software, so i did, but unfortunately i can't start it and download demigod because of an error that occures at start, here is a sample print screen so you people working at impulse could see:

Please tell me how do i solve this problem because you guys are not making a good impression right from the start with your program, thank you very amuch :) i have windows vista premium 32 bit. and as you can see impulse is running in the task bar on the bottom right, tahnk you again very much.

Uninstall, reboot, and reinstall from the full installer found here: http://www.impulsedriven.com/impulse_setup_full.exe

If you could send us an email to support@stardock.com with the Impulse error log and your startup/dxdiag info as detailed in the thread above we can look further into this for you.

Hello, yes, thnx for the message :), i've allready sent a reply mail with startup/dxdiag along with the impulse error log to the stardock support center.

Hello, stardock team support, belive it or not, now im having the same problem when updating demigod, the same error takes place when impulse launches itself for updating, and.. again i can't play Demigod, maybe you guys could make a manual install version for the update like you did with demigod on http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com, because that worked out fine, without having to run impulse, i await for further instruction. Thank you very much, or not, because a part from this issue, demigod's multiplayer system is very bad, the game crashes so often, if it fails to connect to one of the players in the game.. the game crashes, and even if you start the game, 1 or 2 guys drop out while the game is loading, and there are lots of other problems too, your game is like.. 50% playable, and that's no joke, tried to play the Pantheon and the game started out only with AIs. How come i can play dota over b.net on usEast hosts with ping 75 in 5 vs 5 games, and here i can't even play out, or hardly i play out a 3vs3 game with european guys ? Maybe you know the answer alone, and there is verry little chanse that me and my friends will buy another game from you.. :)

P.S: please don't ask me again for the dxdiag, startup and impulse error.log files because i've sent them to you like 3 times before :)

Whenever you see that red X rendered it means that Impulse was unable to load the image assets needed to render the UI. Try running the file below:

http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/stardock_access.bat

As it appears you're on Windows Vista, make sure to right click and run as admin when running this file.
