purchased game not showing up in Impulse

I logged into PayPal to confirm that the transaction completed there, but I still have no Impulse update and no email from Stardock about the purchase either.  It has been more than 15 minutes.  I did close Impulse and restart it, but still no update for my purchase.  What gives?

What is it you don't like about Impulse? Are you having a problem with anything in particular or do you just want to be a :troll:
There may be some that will agree with you but the majority of users have no complaints. Just saying something sucks isn't enough info,imo.  Do you have anything constructive to add to this thread? If not,your opinion is noted,you may go now. Have a nice day.:sun:

 I have never used PayPal myself but what little I have read in the forums it takes longer to process than a Credit Card or Debit Card purchase.  Hang in there, you will get an email.

Typically when this happens the PayPal email address is different than what the Stardock.net account is registered under. You can use the following tool https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ to transfer the registration from your PayPal/alternate email to your main account.
