Purchase the addon, but i dont get a serial

Hello,

 

today i purchase the new Sins of a Solar Empire: Entrenchment (Micro Expansion) with paypal.

 

But at this moment the website (https://www.sinsofasolarempire.com) was down and the impulse update don‘t work.

The update process were stopped by an error massage.

Additional i never get a e-mail confirmation.

I don’t get a serial number for the addon. So i can’t install it. But the amount was paid by paypal.

In my Stardock.net account i don’t see any informations about the addon.

Any Ideas ?

I haven't recieved a key for my recent purchase. The fact you still haven't got a reply doesn't hold up much hope. I'm asking for my money back.

Hello again,

i wrote an e-mail to the support team and now i get a the confirmation via e-mail.

It's all fine now.

As you can see, plico08 got 'hope', you can too. What most likely happened was your purchase used an e-mail is not the same as your Stardock account e-mail, we can easily merge the accounts back into one and all will work again. You'll need to e-mail us at support@stardock.com and let us know what the two e-mails are, and which you want to continue to use for your account.
