I think I screwed up Help

So today I bought Entrenchment through Paypal ( different email account then what my sins is regesterd in) so it downloads and installs and I go tos tart it and it will not load in. So i go look update the sereal number try again and same thing. So i liik under regestrations and see there are two copies of it. So since I had the regestration code already I thought I guess i can remove one. So I remove one and then both of them go away. Now I can't seem to download it again and I am scared that I wont be able to get it back because I have looked all over and there is no way I can see to download it again. Please someone help me I really want to play

Go here: https://www.stardock.com/support/

Enter the email address, and you will get a list of serial numbers associated.

i may have had this same issue

Click on the blue impulse icon in the top left and click new/add regestration

enter the email adress associated with you paypal account and the serial key you recieved with your purchase

That should fix it. If it does not or the two emails still bother you, email support with proof of purchase and your request and they will transfer ownership to the other email

This is a common issue, the PayPal purchase is not connected to your other Stardock.net account, we need to merge them back together. shoot us an e-mail to support@stardock.com, letting us know what the two e-mails are, and which one you want your account to be under.
