While IconPacker works OK... but no previews, Windowblinds does not work in Win 7 x64... goes to 'classic windows' and cock-eyed at that.

Most programs should run as expected, except perhaps the shell integration stuff.

For the "not working" stuff, could there be a description of what happens? Problems can take a variety of forms, ranging from minor graphical glitches to blue screens. Sometimes something can be done, like enabling a compatibility mode or adjusting a setting in the application.

Don't forget to go to Microsoft and download the mp3 / media player fix.

Also, If you need Flash, here's where you can download Flash 9 instead of 10, so you'll still be able to upload to WinCustomize.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved (MSN Gaming zone version) - Works (x64) , but you need to run the installation in compatibility mode. Run installation by rightclicking Geometry_Wars_vista-setup and select "Troubleshoot Compatibility". Hit next to get to the problem selection screen. Mark "The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now" AND "The program requires additional permissions".... Voilá, installation completes, and the game is playable.

Glitch #1 and working solution... Went to install Winamp classic pro to skin Winamp version 554 and it didn't work... so I rolled back versions to Winamp 552 and Classic pro 1.00 That seems to work fine. It was strange though... the entire player disappeared from the desktop and I had to locate it again from a new dropdown menu located at the side.

Deskscapes not working although build 7000 says ultimate.

FarCry2 Installs and works. It benchmarks lower than on my Xp setup on the same PC in DX9 mode, but gets better FPS in DX10. Thing is, it still is a little choppier than on the same rig on XP in game. All settings Ultra High 8xAA though

Does anyone have MS Money 2007 working?

I get an error trying to install (something about shared libraries).

I've turned off Kaspersky, run as admin, and Vista compatible with no luck.

GalCiv2 has been a strange one on W7. Dread Lords ran fine right off the bat. Dark Avatar and Twilight wouldn't work until I went into the pref.ini and adjust the resolution to my monitor and put it into windowed mode(for dual screen setup). Otherwise just a black screen and had to kill it through Task manager.

SoundMAX HD audio drivers are a little flaky trying to get installed, but used the ones for vista 64 seemed to work as long as I used compatibility mode on the installer(coming from my Asus MoBo disc).

Asus Probe II I have yet to get working, it won't even install.

There is some overall dual screen flakiness when the BGs change, sometimes the monitor your not on won't update completely until return focus to it.

Edit: GC2:DA and TA Crash trying to load a map, but DL seems to work fine.

Edit, Edit: I forgot to mention this is all on 64bit, cause frankly why the hell would anyone not use 64 .

I can't seem to get GC2:TA running (and it's the only GC I wanna play at this point )

I figure it's not SD's fault I'm beta testing a new OS, and I'm going back to playing Xcom for a while...
