This is getting ridiculous

On August 11th of 2008 I ordered GCII and both expansions (digital download + cd).

I still have NOT received any package from you guys! It's been 4 months, hurry up already!

Have you emailed sales@stardock.com about this? The team there are normaly very quick at responding to situations and should have you sorted in no time.

Just to follow up have you had any troubles with downloading or installing? You are able to play the game at this time but you don't have the purchased titles, is that correct?

I haven't downloaded the game in a while. It worked fine back then. I assume with 'purchased titles' you mean physical media? I have not received that yet.

And I've already emailed and got a ticket.

Well you can download all of your purchased games through Impulse with or with out the product being phyically delivered to you.

Impulse is the replacement for our current downloading software Stardock Central. While Stardock Central isn't discontinued this is the new and effective way to get your download and account information.
