Impulse spyware (not really a big issue)

Impulse failed 2 different anti-spyware program scans.

This is not Ironclad's fault, but it's too bad that we have to go through a dirty third party to get clean Ironclad updates.

They are false positives :P Feel free to bring it up with support@stardock.com, they'll tell you the same thing.

Particularly considering that Impulse was certified by the Anti-Spyware Coalition.

What anti-spyware programs? Did they give a report of what failed?

Depends on settings. You can set up Spybot and Adaware to shout Steam and Impulse and programs like that are spyware...
