Why this Vista Logon doesn't meet WinCustomize "guidelines"

During past week I have uploaded quite a few wallpapers and vista logons. Most of them have been rejected. For some I could somehow understand why but for the below logon I don't understand why it doesn't meet WinCustomize "guidelines" so can someone please help me and tell me why so I can modify it as I think it is quite a good logon that many would download. Thanks!

That aint half bad. Considering the logons in the gallery i dont see how this didnt make the cut. I hope they rethink. Maybe their caffeine levels were depleted :p

would that be the same reason for my wallpapers to be rejected as the preview was only 800x600?

Just for the record I did read the email and it said "No thumbnail or preview." which didn't make sense as I did upload the preview. Email didn't say preview must be at least 1024x768 :p

Heh, yeah I have a bunch of those, used them for quite a while, just switching out the background wall. However, now I've been using a Vista styled one, with the huge user pic and all centered and pretty (much like your new one here). I guess all I really need is the splash surrounding the userpic and corresponding info to stick on top of whichever wall I'm using at the moment (to fully mimic the look of this one).
