Creating new folder

Hello, I am having a little problem with keyboard launchpad. I assigned my shortkey for creating new folder is ctrl + shift + r, however, when i want to create a folder in the path say C:\Users\Khaos, or C:\Users\Khaos\music, etc. the new folder created does not appear in that path but instead ALWAYS appear on C:\Users\Khaos\Desktop Is there a cure for this problem? I am using the latest version of launchpad updating via Impulse. I hope i have provided all the information needed. Thank you in advance, khaostheory.
