can log in via website and dl items but cant using SDC

Any idea as to why Im haveing the problem stated in the title?

Any idea of any error messages? What are you going at the time, what are you downloading, what version are you using, what is your O/S, etc?

The title doesn't really tell us much. More information will get you a better answer.

Okay, if I go to the skin browser in SDC and select say a WB theme and select download it gives me a message download failed but if I go to the wincustomize site and log in I can search for the same theme, select download and it downloads just fine. Is that more detailed? What am I doing wrong?

Jess, There have been other posts regarding that issue, and I've experienced it myself. I no longer use the browser as a download tool. I just get everything off the WC site and have never had a failed dl from here. In other words,I don't think it's you. :D

ah thx, still an annoyance but at least now I know its not just me hehe
