Had to downgrade my att.

They gave me a different email address

the email that a have now is ewry@att.net and it will not aloe me to do any thing I stardock can I get some help please I will relly Opritionallllte it very much I was wonting to purchase a new theme and it will not alow me to do anything witlh my Window blind orMy Icon pack please hellp.   thanksk for you time.

Don't post your serial numbers here (for obvious reasons). I don't have admin access to remove this so you'll have to edit the post yourself to take out your e-mail and serial numbers.

We do not 'give' or change customers e-mail addresses, only you as the customer can do that. I found your account under a sbcglobal.net account and have changed it to ewry@att.net, make sure you go to 'Tools-> Edit Stardock.net account' and verify that this e-mail is entered correctly.
