Object Desktop 2008

Just wanted 1 copy....

Hi all. My first post here.

I just purchased a copy of ObjectDesktop 2008. When i clicked on 'place your order' it was showing 1 quantity of ObjectDesktop 2008 at $49.95 and after the 'please wait...processing order' part the next screen showed a quantity of 2 at $99.90. I only wanted one copy. So what do i do? Kinda new to the whole buying online thing.

Did you complete the order and it charged your card $99? Try emailing sales@stardock.com, they'll sort it out.

Yes, i completed the order and was charged a bit more than $99 as i'm in Australia. So should i wait to hear back from Stardock before i install it?

You should be safe to install it, just email them and tell them what happened and they should be able to take off the second charge.

I hope so lol. I've tried out most of the programs and i love them. I would be disappointed if my first time buying a product through Stardock turned out to be a bad one.

If you have any of the trial versions installed, be sure to uninstall those first, reboot, then install the stuff you bought.

Yeah that part is all good. I'm installing them from a fresh format so there wont be a problem there :p
