Stardock Central Issues

Hello I am having issues with Stardock Central connecting. About 95-98% of the time it wont even find a internet connection under vista ultimate v6.0 (build 6001 sp1) giving me a connection error 1001. running a Q6600 on a XFX NFORCE 680I SLI (MB-N680-ISH9) nForce Driver 15.08, with 2 BFG Tech Nvidia 8800GTX OC Cards In SLi Using Drivers 169.25. The issue persist even if i turn off internet sercurity (BitDefender Interent Security 2008 - Build 11.0.16). This very repeatable and will happen even on a clean os install, yes i even tried that. reinstall of stardock central does not help either. Oddly enough this is a dual boot system (windows xp pro sp2) has NO issues. Also using all the current drivers and same internet security.

Try turning User Access Control (UAC) off... Control Panel-> User Accts-> Turn UAC off/on
