Guide for beginners?

Is there a guide on the Net on how to play Sins? The tutorial is helpful in teaching the mechanics of gameplay, but, it does not give hints. When I play, I feel a bit lost. I really don’t know which tech to research or what to do next.

Is anyone in this forum aware of a getting started thread, web page etc . . . that shows what to do besides "how to press buttons" on the game.

check the strategy sub forum and some of the pinned threads about siege spam and other common tactics...very useful stuff. You do take a few lumps learning how to play this game proficiently. I still only really feel comfortable with one race for now...

I'm looking at the Strategy forum, but I don't see any pinned threads at all.

heres a dumb question not really related to strategy and such, but is there a storyline to play in the game or is it just random maps that u play. Is there some sort of continiuty or order to the maps, i mean the achievements say play and pass the game as one race or another but i dont see where to start i mean. most RTS games have a story to tell u play as one race then switch to another, does SINS not have that ??

Not Story, no campaign.

Just massive maps for long play if you like.
