Hey I pre-ordered a long time ago, and only ordered the basic digital download. How do I upgrade it to get the CD. Or even beter get the Gold edition??

I almost re-bought the game at Fry's yesterday just because I ended up wanting a factory DVD. Didn't know they were offering an upgrade option for d/l customers. Thanks.
