Can't get skins to work after downloading them

What file was it (link?) and do you have the appropriate software installed?

no uis usually means bad download

delete it , try it again, save to desktop first, then double click it

Thats what it says when I try and save target as, anything else should I try?

Well I try'ed a few heres the link for the last one that did it to me.

This one says it isn't WB 6 ready but I try'ed a few others and they also didn't work.

That's The Black BoXX by Boxxi, and it works fine on WB6.....I've got it as my skin right now....

yep

It doesn't saved so theres no file ext.

Just downloaded with IE7, worked when right click and save target as and worked to self install on straight download. The file has proper .wba extension.

what version of IE?

are you on a limited user accout?

Try this:

Right click the red button for download, and choose "save target as". When the dialog box pops up, click on the "DeskTop" icon (second one on the left side) and then click the save button. Minimize all windows or close all applications. There should be new icon on the desktop. Double click that icon. If that gives you an error, capture it and post here. If it doesn't and shows a popup at the bottom right of the screen, click that popup. HTH.

what OS are you running?

The icon should be named: TheBlackBoXX.wba
