Who remembers screen position? DesktopX or the object

I have a simple theme that I use. It has three objects and hides the desktop icons. Two of the objects remember their location when reloading the theme and one doesn't. Is it an issue with the object or with DesktopX? The object is VistaWeather. It is on the second monitor, but so is one of the objects that does remember it's location.

Thanks,
Mark

Have you tried opening the Theme while in DX Builder mode...positioning everything where you want it then right click on DX icon and hit " Save "

If you've done this and the weather is still not remembering - try deleting the cache and start over again saving the theme after setting up.

I have the same problem. I have positioned them time after time and they want to keep moving back to their original X position. Or you try to move something and, poof, it disappears and you hunt and curse only to find it has become the child of something else. Every time I turn around, there is some incredibly annoying, frustrating thing about Stardock products. Window Blinds seems to be the only reliable app and even it has its annoyances, probably Windows generated, but nevertheless....

DesktopX -- Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

ObjectBar -- Crash, tinkle, boink. And how about that development process.

WindowFX -- Shudder, oooooohhhhh, I get chills thinking about it.

Virtual Desktop -- Weeks of work to finally get it to work right

Window Blinds -- So many conflicts with Windows font and menu standards resulting in fonts you can't see.

RighClick -- Ahhhh, something that works well.

Don't mind me, I just blew away about 3 days work because DesktopX just lost most of my objects. Well, I guess I've spent $50 on dumber things.
